1. Terminology for the General Terms of Use of www.tsaki.com, hereinafter referred to as the Website
   1. Content – all content (text and images) on the Website;
   2. User – any individual using the Website;
   3. TSAKI Ltd. with UIC 010713735 and registered office in Sofia, Lyulin 8, 34 Kazimir Ernrot Street, ground floor – the owner of the Website;
   4. Cookies – a method for storing information locally in the User’s browser; they are small files consisting of a textual set of information;
2. Rights and Obligations of www.tsaki.com
   1. www.tsaki.com undertakes to comply with all requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation and to process and store the personal data provided by Users lawfully and in good faith, solely for the purposes of providing the services and content of the Website;
   2. www.tsaki.com undertakes not to share the User’s personal information with third parties without their explicit consent, except in cases of:
      • investigation of complaints regarding abuse;
      • court order or subpoena;
      • misconduct on the Website or malicious activity;
   3. www.tsaki.com undertakes not to collect, process, or store personal data such as:
      • political views;
      • racial origin;
      • religious or philosophical beliefs or membership in such organizations;
   4. www.tsaki.com reserves the right to change the structure, content, design, or features of the Website at any time, as well as to suspend access to it without prior notice in case of violations or malicious User behavior;
   5. The Website content is subject to copyright. Any use of the Content that contradicts these Terms of Use is expressly prohibited without written permission from TSAKI Ltd.;
   6. If the services used by the User do not meet their requirements or expectations, www.tsaki.com assumes no responsibility. It does not guarantee uninterrupted access or absence of technical issues. www.tsaki.com disclaims liability for damages or lost profits resulting from use of the Website. It assumes no liability for direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages related in any way to accessing or using the Website;
   7. TSAKI Ltd. accepts no responsibility, including criminal, administrative, or civil liability, for the User’s use of the Website in a manner inconsistent with these Rules or general legal standards;
   8. The Website contains links to other websites that are entirely independent from www.tsaki.com, and the Website is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information found on these websites;
3. Rights and Obligations of the User
   1. The User has the right to view and use the platform as intended and to use the Content only when the Copyright of TSAKI Ltd. is preserved and solely for non-commercial purposes. Use of the Content without crediting the Copyright is permitted only with written permission from the Owner;
   2. All User actions that disrupt the functioning of the Website or damage the reputation of the Website or its Owner are prohibited. In such cases, TSAKI Ltd. is obliged to take appropriate measures to remedy the harm without prior notice;
   3. The Website collaborates with third parties – business partners who provide Users with copyrighted texts, services, offers, and other information. Users have the right to use these services, and in such cases, the policies of the respective third-party websites apply;
4. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Website or Entering into a Contract with the Owner for Use of Services from the Website
   1. Data processed during the use of the Website:
      • automatically collected technical data such as IP address, GPS coordinates, device information;
      • data obtained through the use of Cookies;
   2. Each User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for any reference to third parties without their explicit consent, as well as for any unlawful or malicious use of personal data. Users are not obligated to provide such information, and any information entered is voluntary;
   3. All stored personal data is deleted after the end of the technological retention period;
5. Protection and Processing of Personal Data
   1. Processing and storage of provided information is necessary to improve the content and functionality of the Website and to analyze internet trends.
      • This information is stored for a defined period with appropriate technical and organizational measures against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorized third-party access, alteration, or dissemination;
   2. With each visit to the Website, the User is identified by IP address, which is a sequence of four numbers indicating the internet address from which the User accesses the Website. It points to the internet provider and can be traced by anyone conducting an IP search;
6. Cookies, Google Analytics, Social Networks
   1. Cookies create anonymous statistics about User preferences and behavior on the Website. They help analyze traffic and optimize content. Cookies do not link your login to personal data. Their use stores specific information and distinguishes Users from each other;
   2. Types of cookies we use:
      • Analytical cookies – track site visits and analyze how easily Users interact with the Website (Google Analytics cookies). They provide info like pages visited and device used. IP addresses are anonymized using _anonymizelp. Data retention in Google Analytics is up to 50 months;
      • Precise targeting cookies – filter out irrelevant content for you. These are dynamic cookies from Facebook, Google, etc.;
      • Functional cookies – allow full use of the Website’s functionality;
   3. Google Analytics is used to generate traffic statistics and traffic source data;
   4. The information collected by the above third parties is used for performance analysis and visit metrics – frequency, duration, geographical location (city/village);
7. Applicable Law
   1. In case of unresolved issues or disputes, each User has the right to present them to Bulgarian courts and competent authorities, if not resolved by mutual agreement;
   2. For all issues not covered in these terms, the provisions of the applicable Bulgarian legislation apply;
