1.Terminology for the following General Terms of Use of www.tsaki.com, hereinafter referred to as the Website

1. Content - all content (text and images) on the Website;
2. User - any single user using the Website;
3. TSAKI Ltd. with UIC 010713735 and registered office in the town of. Sofia, g.k. 8, Lyulin str. "34, ground floor - owner of the Website;
4. Cookies - a method by which information is stored locally in the User's browser; they are small files consisting of a text set of information;

2.Rights and obligations of www.tsaki.com

1. www.tsaki.com undertakes to comply with all the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation and to process and store the personal data provided by Users, lawfully and in good faith, solely for the purpose of providing the services and content of the Website;
2. www.tsaki.com undertakes not to disclose the User's personal information to third parties without the User's express consent, except in the case of:

• • investigation of abuse complaints;
  • court order or subpoena;
  • User's improper conduct on the Website or the commission of malicious acts;

     3. www.tsaki.com undertakes not to collect, process or store personal data such as:

     4. www.tsaki.com reserves the right to change the structure, content, design or functions of the Website at any time, and to terminate access to the Website, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of the Website or malicious behaviour by the User;

In the event that the services used by the User do not meet his/her requirements or expectations, www.tsaki.com reserves the right not to be held responsible for this. www.tsaki.com makes no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted or free from technical problems. As a consequence of the use of the Web Page, www.tsaki.com reserves the right not to accept liability for any damages caused, or for loss of profit. www.tsaki.com assumes no liability or any obligation to indemnify for direct or indirect, causal or special damages arising in any way from access to or use of the web page;

     7.TSAKI Ltd. shall not be liable in any way, including criminal, administrative or civil liability, for the User's use of the Website in a manner that does not comply with the requirements of the Regulations as well as the generally applicable requirements of the Law;

    8.The Website contains links to other websites that are completely independent of www.tsaki.com, and the Website is not responsible for the inaccuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information described on any such website;

3.User's rights and obligations

1. The User of the Website has the right to view and use the Platform for its intended purpose, as well as to use the Content only when the Copyright of TSAKI Ltd. is reserved and only for non-commercial purposes. The use of the Content, without mentioning the Copyright, is only permitted by written permission from the Owner;
2. All actions of the User that interfere with the functioning of the Website are prohibited, as well as those that could damage the authority of the Website or its Owner. In the event of such conduct on the part of the User, TSAKI Ltd. undertakes to take appropriate action to remedy the damage caused, without prior notice;
3. The Website cooperates with third parties - business partners who provide the User with author texts, services, offers and other information. Each User has the right to use the services offered by them, and in such situations the regulations of the individual Web pages shall apply;

4. Processing of personal data when using the Website or entering into a contract with the Owner for the use of services from the Website

  • data obtained through the use of Cookies;

    2. Each User is responsible for the information provided by them if it is unreliable or refers to third parties without their express consent, as well as for any illegal or malicious use of personal data and information. If the User does not want this information to be collected and processed, he is not obliged to provide it. Any input of information by the User is voluntary;

    3.All personal data and information stored about the User shall be deleted after the end of the technology period;

5.Protection and processing of personal data

1. It is necessary to process and store the information that you provide to us in order to improve the content and functionality of the Website, as well as to analyse trends on the Internet.

• • This information is retained for a certain period of time, taking the necessary technical and organisational measures against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorised access by a third party, alteration or dissemination, as well as other unlawful forms of access and dissemination;

     2.The IP address is a sequence of four numbers and indicates the Internet address from which the User accesses the Website, directs to the Internet provider and can be traced by anyone who makes a search on it;

6. Cookies, Google Analytics, Social networks

1. Cookies create anonymous statistics about the User's preferences and behaviour on the Website. Through them, the Website analyses traffic and optimises content. Cookies in no way link your entry to the Website to your personal data. Their use on the Website saves certain information and distinguishes Users from each other;
2. Types of cookies we use:

• • Analytical cookies - cookies that are used to track traffic to the Website and analyse how easy it is for users to interact with the Website (Google Analytics cookies). Analytical cookies provide information such as which pages of the site the User visits and what device they use to view the Web page and other anonymous data. For Google Analytics, anonymization of IP addresses is also used through _anonymizelp. The maximum period for which we keep analytics data in Google Analytics is 50 months;
  • Precision targeting cookies - these are used to filter out information that is irrelevant to you and should not be displayed. These are dynamic cookies of Facebook, Google, etc;
  • Functional cookies - cookies that allow you to use the full functionality of our site;

     3. The use of Google Analytics is in order to generate statistics about site traffic and traffic sources;

     4. The information collected by the above third parties is site performance and visit analysis - frequency, length of visit, geographical location (city/village);

7.Applicable law

1. In the event of unresolved issues and disputes, each consumer shall have the right to submit to the Bulgarian courts and the relevant competent authorities any outstanding issues that the parties have not been able to resolve by negotiation and mutual agreement;
2. The provisions of the Bulgarian legislation in force shall apply to all matters not settled in these terms and conditions;
